Terms and Conditions

1. The meetings will take place on the day and time scheduled by the client.
2. The booking will indicate the applicable time zone.
3. No refunds will be issued for the meeting fee.
4. If the client is unable to connect at the scheduled date and time due to force majeure, a new appointment will be rescheduled, provided that the client gives proper notice at least 24 hours in advance of their inability to attend the meeting.
5. The client will be assisted by a professional expert in the area of consultation.
6. Once the meeting is concluded, the client will be sent a detailed quote outlining the services quoted.
7. If the client wishes to engage the quoted services and once the initial payment is made, work on their case will commence.
